Chris Holley

PRESIDENT

Chris Holley has worked for R&E since 1989 and has had the titles of installer, service technician, project manager, estimator, designer, engineer, and all-around troubleshooter. Chris has passed the requirements for Test & Balance Supervisor from the National Balance Institute. He has also met the requirements for NATE certification. With over 36 years of HVAC experience, Chris is the epitome of an “in the field” contractor.

Jermaine Dixon

VICE PRESIDENT

Dedication to building and teamwork with over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC. Jermiane leads the installation team and sales. His daily tasks include overseeing operation and field employees. Combined skills in many area of the trade makes Jermaine a valuable asset to ownership with a seasoned background of knowledge.
